Message from the Organizer
Executives, directors, CxOs — are you using Claude, the generative AI?
Many executives feel they're falling behind on AI, and it's starting to affect critical decisions. But now is the time to shift your mindset.
I started incorporating Claude into my management last autumn, and since then, the quality of my management has improved dramatically. It's on a completely different level from traditional search or chat AI.
Now I handle everything myself — from documents and research to decision-making from meeting recordings, foreign-language contract reviews, self-represented litigation, and building our own systems. I even prepare consolidated financial statements for 9 companies without a certified public accountant.
We're currently working toward becoming an AI-native company, automating our entire operations. Through generative AI including Claude, I've realized cost savings on the order of tens of millions of yen.
The key point: with the right approach, you can catch up in a remarkably short time.
At this summit and boot camp, we'll share — through hands-on practice — both the know-how for mastering Claude in management and the skills for executives to build the systems their companies need. I'm confident every participant will find it worthwhile.
If executives don't understand AI, the quality of decisions will continue to decline — a loss not just for companies, but for Japan as a whole. That's why this program is designed specifically for leadership.
