You do not stop at building one system. As order intake, invoicing, hiring, and PR accumulate, your AI company holds them together against the business plan, so you can judge where to invest next.
What you learn is not how to operate a tool but reusable patterns. The skills you assemble during the retreat — drafting a business plan among them — go home with you and still work next year.

After the retreat, work that used to take two days now takes an hour. Sharing what I learned with my team made the whole company about five times faster, and before I knew it, my own management OS had been rewritten.
If I was level 1 before joining, I was level 20 by the end. I honestly doubted the claim that I could finish an app worth over 10 million yen in development costs myself, but it really got done. Now I build business apps on my own, quickly.
As an executive, I went from concept to spec to development to deployment myself, without writing code. I am now translating all of my management know-how into AI staff to automate the organization. It truly felt like the start of a new era.
It felt like warping through years of solo trial and error. The dots kept connecting throughout. Since coming home I have been experimenting with AI almost every day, and enjoying it.

I started on this mountain by teaching technology to eighteen-year-olds. I founded Kirirom Institute of Technology, served as its Chairman and its President, and showed that Cambodian engineers can compete anywhere in the world. We ran a cybersecurity bootcamp up here too.
Now management itself is being rebuilt. Basic use of generative AI is already a commodity. What will be asked of executives next is not to use AI, but to build the systems their companies need themselves — and to redesign the organization as an AI company.

He founded Digital Forest, the No.1 web analytics company in Japan, in 1998 and sold it to NTT Communications in 2009. He then moved to Cambodia, founded Kirirom Institute of Technology, trained engineers, and built IT businesses from the ground up. Today he personally develops and operates his own group's management systems across Cambodia, Japan, and Singapore — accounting, legal, finance, and marketing — building them with AI himself rather than outsourcing. He leads every teaching day and the individual coaching.

We meet in the Kirirom Highlands, up the mountain from Phnom Penh. The three days are deliberately built so that the office cannot reach you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Classes, individual coaching, and all materials are in English. There is no Japanese-language track and no interpretation.
The retreat is primarily for executives running businesses in Cambodia. Foreign nationals living in Cambodia are equally welcome.
Experience with generative AI helps but is not required. We send a preparation guide beforehand, and the program takes you from the basics to hands-on building.
Yes, please bring a laptop. We will share the recommended setup in advance.
Room accommodation is not included in the fee. We will point you to nearby options and you book directly; we do not arrange or broker accommodation.

If you notify us at least 30 days before the start date, we refund the fee in full. From 29 to 14 days before, refunds are not available but you may transfer to another session. From 13 days before onward, neither refunds nor transfers are available. Even after these deadlines, please contact us at sanuki@plh.life if you have unavoidable circumstances.
Those who complete the full program receive the AI NATIVE RETREAT certificate of completion.
