Message from the Organizer
Executives, directors, CxOs, and startup founders — the era of merely "mastering AI tools" is coming to an end.
Basic usage of generative AI is now commoditized. What executives are now asked to do is not just "use" — but to (1) build the systems their company needs themselves, and (2) redesign their organization as an AI Company. These are the two practices that matter going forward.
The future of the company depends on the executive's capability.
This bootcamp focuses on "implementation" and "organizational design" — not on "learning the tools." In the quiet environment of Sanuki, Kagawa, over 2 nights, you will complete a working system prototype and take the first step toward an AI Company. For those who feel uncertain about AI tool fundamentals, an online preparation program (Claude Skills for Executives) is available before the bootcamp.
Failing to step into AI implementation is a loss for both your company and Japan. Let's take the first step together to turn this wave of transformation into opportunity.

A 2-Night Transformation for Executives
PLH Sanuki, Kagawa · Max 10 per session
A 2-night intensive program designed for executives, directors, and CxOs to (1) build the systems their company needs themselves, and (2) take the first step toward automating their organization as an AI Company. Since "mastering Claude" is becoming commoditized, foundational Claude skills are covered in a pre-event preparation program (Claude Skills for Executives), and the bootcamp itself focuses on implementation and organizational design. Small-group format with public 1-on-1 coaching observed by all participants. Participants leave with a working system prototype.

Warp Years of Trial-and-Error into 3 Days
Past participants say "the dots connect." Compress years of solitary trial-and-error into 3 dense days, accelerated by the bootcamp environment and roundtable format.
We Don't Stop at Learning — We Walk With You to Implementation
During the bootcamp, public 1-on-1 coaching (observed by all participants) helps you break through walls you couldn't alone — you also learn from others' challenges, rapidly broadening your insights. Post-event implementation support follows up until your system is completed and running.
Who Should Attend
[Pillar 1] Want to build your own systems
Systems that once cost ¥50M can now be built by executives themselves in about a month. Leave the bootcamp with a working prototype.
[Pillar 2] Want to build an AI Company
Not replacing humans with AI — redesigning workflows with AI agents at the core. Automate decisions, execution, and operations to transform your company into an "AI Company" with exponential productivity.
Want to learn Claude basics before the bootcamp
"Mastering Claude" is becoming commoditized. The pre-event preparation program (Claude Skills for Executives — online) builds your foundation so you can focus on implementation and organization design at the bootcamp.

TESTIMONIALS
Past Participants' Voices

“Thank you for the 4 incredible days. Izuka-san, the organizer, invited me, saying the AI era had arrived. I started nervously, knowing nothing — but the talks at the bootcamp, the conversations with everyone, the inquisitive attitude, and the various events all inspired me. I consider myself a lucky man, and this experience really proved that. The live, on-the-ground information at the events was also a rare and precious opportunity. Thank you.”
“Thank you for 3 dense days! The best part of participating was meeting everyone, and through the learning, my worries about AI making accountants' jobs obsolete or competitors taking work eased somewhat. Thanks to Izuka-san, the instructors, and fellow participants! I just signed up for the Generative AI Club too.”
“Thank you for letting me join the 4-day bootcamp. I jumped in despite being at "zero-to-one" as an executive, but it felt like warping years of solo trial-and-error. Dots kept connecting — that kind of learning experience. The Sanuki land and atmosphere overlapped somehow with my hometown's Kawanishi North area, giving me a fresh opportunity to think about how to carry regional value into the future. Since returning, I've been having fun trying out AI almost daily. I'd be glad to participate as a 1st-cohort volunteer in future bootcamps.”
“Hands-on AI discussions, the passion of global entrepreneurs, and the peaceful Sanuki atmosphere — a truly dense and meaningful time! Even with opportunities to speak and present in daily sessions, I felt I was the one learning the most from everyone. Deeply grateful.”
“Thank you so much for the 4-day AI-Driven Management Bootcamp. Heartfelt gratitude. I learned so much (not just about AI) from the instructors, fellow executives, and volunteers. AI will change the world — even my retirement plans of supporting education in developing countries and rural medicine may need a change in direction. I shouldn't cling to past experience and assumptions — these 4 days made me realize that. I can't imagine what AI will look like in 6 months and can't catch up alone, so I'd love to join again. As a member of the 1st cohort, I'll do my best to help in some way!”
“[The Dawn of AI-Driven Management — Encoding All Know-How into AI Agents] 4 incredibly dense days. Executives themselves used AI to handle system design, specs, UI/UX, development, testing, bug-fixing, git, security, and deployment — all no-code. We mastered: launching an AI Company that hires/trains AI staff to work autonomously, AI-automating back office work like freee accounting, and rapidly validating business ideas with AI. Truly the dawn of a new era where executives create and run businesses through AI. I'll encode all my management know-how and thought processes into AI as my own "AI Agent (AI Staff)" and thoroughly automate the organization. Heartfelt thanks to the 10 executives who pushed limits with me, organizer Izuka Takeshi, and the instructors — for this incredible opportunity! Next time, I'll aim to participate as an instructor sharing with participants!”
“I provide management and financial advice to executives and corporate owners, and lately AI utilization inquiries have grown, so I now also run AI training. I joined this bootcamp realizing I needed to master AI myself before teaching others. If pre-bootcamp was level 1, I left at level 20. I'm now building my own business apps solo. Before joining, I was honestly skeptical of the claim that "you can complete an app costing ¥10M+ to develop in 4 days" — but I really completed one. The curriculum and instructors were superb, but what made it work was the bootcamp format itself: bouncing ideas off other members. Failure feels less scary when you see fellow participants pushing through trial-and-error. Highly recommended.”
“I originally joined this bootcamp to build my own company's app. Running a real estate and dance studio business, I saw the app as a first step toward seriously adopting AI. But the result was something completely different. The AI tools I came to learn — work that used to take 2 days now finishes in 1 hour (next month it'll be 5 minutes). When I shared the learning with my staff, the company's speed increased fivefold, and before I knew it, my management OS itself had been rewritten. What's happening in Sanuki City right now is impossible to put into words — you can only experience it, feel it. "Destroy, Create, Connect" — nowhere in the world, at any time, is it easy to gain all three at once. I'll keep running forward as a proud alumnus.”
