You do not stop at building one system. As order intake, invoicing, hiring, and PR accumulate, your AI company holds them together against the business plan, so you can judge where to invest next.
Taking home tools that even draft your business plan
What you learn is not how to operate a tool but reusable patterns. The skills you assemble during the retreat — drafting a business plan among them — go home with you and still work next year.

Basic use of generative AI is now a commodity. What will be asked of executives, directors, and CxOs next is not to use AI, but to build the systems their companies need themselves, and to redesign the organization itself as an AI company.
This retreat is not about studying AI tools. It concentrates on implementation and organization. Over three days in a quiet schoolhouse in Sanuki, Kagawa, you will build a working prototype and begin the transformation into an AI company.

Built so first-timers can start.
Prior knowledge
Experience with generative AI helps but is not required. We send a preparation guide beforehand, and the program takes you from basics to hands-on building.
What to bring
Please bring a laptop; we share the recommended setup in advance. The pre-retreat program (Claude skills for executives) is included in the fee.
Support during the retreat
Ten seats per session. The program centers on open 1-on-1 coaching watched and discussed by everyone, with instructors on hand for optional late-night work.
After you return
You receive implementation support (post-retreat follow-up) and transcripts of the sessions. For six months after you graduate, you can join the community of executives running AI companies at no charge.

If you notify us by email at least 30 days before the session start date, we will refund your participation fee less the payment processing fee (3.96% of the fee). From 29 to 14 days before the start date, refunds are not available, but you may transfer to another session. From 13 days before the start date onward, neither refunds nor transfers are available. For registrations made before September 10, 2026, we refund the fee in full and bear the payment processing fee ourselves. Even after these deadlines, please contact the secretariat (sanuki@plh.life) if you have unavoidable circumstances and we will consider your situation individually.
