A 2-Night Transformation for Executives

A 2-night intensive program designed for executives, directors, and CxOs to (1) build the systems their company needs themselves, and (2) take the first step toward automating their organization as an AI Company. Since "mastering Claude" is becoming commoditized, foundational Claude skills are covered in a pre-event preparation program (Claude Skills for Executives), and the bootcamp itself focuses on implementation and organizational design. Small-group format with public 1-on-1 coaching observed by all participants. Participants leave with a working system prototype.

I'd even sat in on part of the previous bootcamp, thought everyone was amazing, took Claude home, improved it, and told myself I was getting somewhere. Then I realized just how far I still had to go. This time it truly felt like having studied textbook English for two or three years and suddenly being dropped into a native conversation. I was lost — but it was as if someone grabbed my hand and pulled me all the way to the finish line. I came home with so much; now I want to take the time to make it truly my own.”

“First of all, it was genuinely fun — I saw a whole new world. The impact matched learning English for the first time around age 20, and starting my current path around 30. Every time I meet something like this, I start asking what I'm really doing it all for. In the end, I want a richer life; technology and how I spend my time are just means to that. I don't yet have an answer for how to bring what I learned into my own life. At the same time, our company wants to pursue AI-driven management seriously, and I see it as my role to bring my colleagues along and spread this way of thinking. One day I want us to be able to say, with pride, that we run our company with AI.”

“On day one I understood almost nothing — everything felt vague and conceptual. Three days in, there's still a mountain I don't know, but I feel I've grasped the fundamentals. My own business is still small, but I sense it could grow, and the things I want to do keep multiplying. Right now it's mostly improving daily operations, but eventually I want to turn this into revenue. Working through it while talking with everyone, things I couldn't understand on my own started to click as I listened and spoke. That was genuinely valuable.”
